Wear a piece of natural history! This contemporary, wire-wrapped pendant features a very large polished fossilized dinosaur bone cabochon, straight from the badlands of Utah, and measures 61x36x22mm (2.4" x 1.4" x 0.9"). It comes suspended on your choice of chain and features flashy, deep blue kyanite beads, set between delicate, herringbone weaves. The wire was oxidized naturally with egg yolk then hand-polished to an aged finish.
*Agatized Dinosaur Bone or "dino bone" is the result of fossilized bone from dinosaurs in which the cellular structure has been replaced with quartz, leaving the bone structure intact. The coloring of the specimen is due to impurities that were in the surrounding sediment.
