Here's where you can find information on shipping, returns, etc.

Shipping:

  • Processing time: varies between 1-3 business days (there may be minor delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic but packages are still being delivered and all orders are trackable)
  • All jewelry is made by-hand in our studio, located in Toronto, Canada
    • Shipments destined for the USA ship from Niagara Falls, NY via US Postal Service
    • Shipments destined for Canada and overseas ship from Toronto, Ontario via Canada Post
  • Expedited shipping is available.
  • All shipments are insured for loss/damage while in-transit. Please contact me immediately if your order arrives damaged or is not delivered. I am always happy to help and refunds are issued promptly.
  • Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply (check with your local customs office in your country for details). We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns:

  • I accept returns on everything in my shop, no questions asked. 
  • If you wish to return an item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it. 
  • *Returns must be shipped back within 30 days. Please contact me for specific instructions on how to return your order before attempting to ship it back. *Instructions vary based on your location.
  • Refunds are processed immediately upon return (funds will be returned to your original payment method within 14 days)

  • We promise to never share your contact information with anyone else, except in cases where it is required by the courier/postal service for delivery of your order. 
  • New product emails won't be sent more than once a month. However, we may send new promo codes or announce the launch of new services (i.e., custom wire-wrapping)separately, as they become available.
