This pendant is composed of a large, amethyst crystal cradled in solid copper wire, woven, coiled and draped elaborately across the edges of the stone with rugged, citrine nuggets, set in copper caps. The wire was oxidized to bring out the texture of the weave, hand-polished to an aged finish, then sealed in clear lacquer to resist tarnish.
